For example I am testing the 'Global search and replace functionality' which is in 'Tools' on the second icon on the top right . (depends on which way you count it)
But it is failing saying the 'No matches for "test1" could be found, even thought it is there under the site.
Here are the steps taken
Click on Tool icon
Click on Global Search and Replace : Provides global search and replace functionality for data indexed by the Search Manager
Type a 'Search string' for example says 'test1'
Then type a 'Replace String' say 'test9' or whatever you like
Under the Asset Types select only 'Standard Page'
Under the Asset Status select the following three
" Under construction
" Safe Editing
" Live
Under the Root node select 'xxxx' or whatever site you desire based on the above steps.
Click on the 'Save changes'
Does anything need to be configured from our end for 3.12.2 .
This is working fine in 3.10.3 in prod currently

This problem is particular to your system, as Oracle is currently reindexing every two hours. This means you will have to wait (up to) two hours for the Global Search and Replace tool to work on new content.
If you are still having problems (after two hours), please log a support ticket.

Thank you Daniel, we are monitoring this from tuesday onwards of this week, will get back on this via a support ticket on due course. But very odd when the asset went through the workflow on 28/3/2007 on the dev environment.
