HIPO aborts on set permissions

Hi there, I'm trying to apply group permissions across large sections of our site, but the job is failing with the following errors:

 

  MySource Warning 

			HIPO Server Error : Invalid TaskID supplied, or task is dead [HIPO0048]

			HIPO Server Error : No TaskID Supplied or invalid TaskID [HIPO0048]

	<p>&#160;<p>The sites have lots of archived assets, which also throws lots of:<p>&#160;<p><b>WARNING:&#160;</b><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Arial, Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:11px;background-color:rgb(158,134,170);">Unable to set permission for "Content DIV 2579", permission denied [SYS0111]&#160;</span><p>&#160;<p>I've always assumed archived assets are simply skipped when applying changes, as changes cannot be applied to archived assets. Am I right? Am I also right in assuming that when assets are changed from archived back to a live asset they will pickup the changes from parent assets?<p>&#160;<p>Additionally, I tried to purge the trash but nothing seems to have happened. I can still see the same number of items, and the HIPO task didn't throw any errors or stall.<p>&#160;<p>FYI I'm running version 4.6.3<p>&#160;
