How do I clear Cache?

Our chief webmaster is away and uncontactable and I am new to Squiz.

Can anyone tell me how to clear the cache so I can see the changes to the page?

I believe the whole 'system' is set up to cache. And I've heard the webmaster talking about having to clear it but never shown how. (or forgotten) :unsure:

I'd appreciate any help - even a referral to documentation on where this answer lies.

Cache Manager under System Management. You need to login as root or as a sys admin.
