How to add text in each page on Multi-Page Custom Form

Matrix Version:
v5.5.3.3

I’m trying to create a multi-page custom form and need to add different text on each page.
However, this tutorial doesn’t mention how to do it:

It seems there’s no content element in the drop down list for me to add in each page for different text.
Can anyone please share how to do that?

Select the Details screen, then down the bottom select Yes for Customise Format?. This will create a Format Bodycopy for the section where you can put in section-specific text.
