Does anyone have any advice or guides for installing Squiz matrix on Windows Server 2008?

Yeah, don't try it. :)

 

Matrix should only be installed on supported Linux platforms. Manuals specifically say "Squiz Matrix requires a UNIX-like operating system for the web server.".
