Adam, just wondering if you ever got your ajax solution working for editing content in Matrix. I am wondering about a similar solution and how possible it is. Any update on your progress would be appreciated.

Hi nnhubbard - I stopped paying attention to this thread so sorry for the delay. Sadly, no I didn't go with that in the end. We just tried to optimise the process as much as possible while maintaining the standard page loading experience. Posting to the edit URL proved to be rather tricky so we just focused on other ways to do it. Having said that, if I get some spare time and we find a need, I may have a look at this again.

Adam, not sure if you are still seeing this tread. But, there has been a new Javascript API Asset that was recently added to Matrix, and a new version of which will be released on Monday.
If you do try it out, let me know what you think, as I put in many many hours in building it! Hope you like.
