Hi, we have Workflow running on assets, is there any keyword that we can use to get the user's email adress who is the last person to approve the changes in the completed workflow?

Probably you can extract the info from the %log_message% keyword.
Or you can setup triggers to fire upon asset status changed to "approved to go live", depending on your purpose.
