Hi,
We have an LDAP group with more than 3000 users, we have linked the group over to the Matrix user group and applied the read permission. However some users cannot access to the page. Just wondering if any user number limit for the authentication.
Thanks,
Robin
There is no limit on authentication. If they have the right details and can log in, and Matrix can find the groups they are in, they will get access. If they don't get access, one of those two things is wrong.
If they login and the login box remains there blocking access:
- if it says they are logged in as someone, then it is a Matrix group lookup thing
- if it says "not logged in" then they either got their details wrong or they can't authenticate for whatever reason
Thanks Greg! it turned out to be the user error. the user had mistaken the password
