Currently we are running 3.10.3 in all environment. When I ran a link report for a site with all options defaulty tick on. In the external section after the report is generated. I am getting a comment "The url not found" even thought when i click on that link it opens up the correct page. Any ideas why this is happening

The link report checks the links from the server and not the client. I suspect your server is blocked from making external requests and this would be why it can't find the link.

Your server needs to be able to access external sites itself. It it is blocked by a firewall or something like that, then it cannot request these external sites.

Sorry to asked a silly question. There are so many server around our organisation. Are we assuming just the overall web server of the organisation??? :o
