We have a calendar set up with event assets - is there were any way an end-user could click on a link in a webpage and be directed to their (gmail, outlook, hotmail…) calendars?
Similarly, could users on mobile devices (iPhones, iPads…) be taken to their calendars with a new event created after clicking a link on a webpage?

You would just need to have Matrix generate a .ics file and use the webcal protocol: webcal://
