Hi, we often see this (see attached) when we get told we don't have permission, despite being global admin. This was when trying to load a CSS file that I myself created.
Any suggestions?

Did you login at one URL, but are trying to edit a file that is using a different URL?
Matrix needs the login cookie for that other domain too…

What are your Global Preference Session Expiry Rules set to? Do you have User Group Session Expiry Rules that could be overriding these?
