I've a site on squiz and another site on a hosted SharePoint host.
What I'm wanting to do is have a login form (username/password) on squiz home page that members of the SP site can login to using the form on squiz. Upon login they get presented with the SP site.
I've got the concept working using a Remote Content asset but I'm having problems understanding how to a/ tidy the code up and b/ integrate it as a section on the squiz home page/
I've tried the Tag Replacements section to strip unwanted code from the fetched page that's inbetween the start/end tags but nothing seems to work.
Start and End tags settings should work well. What version of Matrix are you testing on?
What type of authentication is it? There are other assets in Matrix like REST Resource Page or REST Resource JS Page which can be used to get contents from external
services. They may work for your scenario too.
If you are Squiz client, then I'd suggest that you speak to the Project Manager and they would be able to direct you to right person (Technical Consultant) to provide you
with a best possible way to achieve the desired functionality.
I thought the start/end tags of Tag Replacements should work well, yes, only they aren't.
My query was if anyone had examples or tips beyond what the manual gives as it's not very comprehensive on this topic..

REST and JS seem overkill for what I am trying to do. It's a simple form based submission that, as I say, works, as tested. My main query is how to clean up the fetched page when there's unwanted junk between the start capture and end capture.
