Mass Clone - Undefined index: parentid

Matrix Version: 16.19.1

Hi guys,
Mass clone just keeps spinning and never finishes. It used to work.
Below is a screen shot and error logs.

Am I doing something wrong or should I submit this as a big somehow?

Thanks for reporting Kieran, the product team has reviewed this and confirmed the bug and will look at releasing a fix in the next couple of days. Can report back here once the fix is deployed.

Just letting you know that a release was pushed out this morning that should address this problem. You might need to clear your browser cache if you don’t see the fix straight away (assuming you are on Matrix SaaS). But let us know either way.

Thanks for following up mate.
Opened in incognito and confirming it now had the progress bar and clones, but gives me this error - which may be related to another bug:

Thanks Kieran, good to know you can clone using that tool now.
I’d say those errors are probably related to the same thing you raised in “Asset not allowed under root nodes” . I’m guessing you are trying to bulk-clone some content templates? If so, we’ll see if that other bug we’ve got in the backlog for this will fix this, but I think you can ignore those warnings for now if the cloning actually works.

Thanks Bart. I think it is related to the other issue and I’m not too fussed if it’s patched later.
Yes, its cloning pages which have CCTs on them.
Will wait - no rush.
