If Matrix is v.3, Classic was v. 2, what was version 1?
MySource never had a 1.0 release. We skipped from 0.8 (or something) to 2.0. The reason for this was because MySource was already being used as a version 1.0 product, but with a bad release number. Version 2.0 indicated that it was now ready for general usage and differentiated it from the 0.8 version by not making it look like it was simply a stable version of 0.8.
So basically, MySource Classic is from 0.0 -> 2.x and Matrix starts from 3.0.
