I am in the process of migrating the mysource matrix Designs Folder, Media folder and the Site from development to production environment.
The Designs folder got exported and imported successfully onto the production environment. The Customisation file will be manually created onto the production environment.
However, the Media folder and Site is not getting imported correctly. The Media folder has 2 folders within it (example and NWAOnline). The example folder has .png, .gif files et al, while the NWAOnline just has some other folders and no files. However, when I import the Media folder onto the prod. environment, only the files are getting imported and not the folders. I am using the Bulk File Import Tool within System Tools.
How do I make sure that the import will also create the folders within the Media folder onto the prod. env.
