Hi,
I've been trying to change the order of some questions in a custom form, eg. moving a newly created Q11 to appear before Q4. This has worked quite easily in the past with the move up/down arrows.
However I've noticed that one of the questions refuses to move up the list - clicking on the 'move up arrow' takes me straight to the top of the screen (similar behaviour like a 'back to top' link!). Also, I am unable to move down the question that is sitting immediately above this particular question.
Any ideas what could be happening here? :huh:
Do you get any JavaScript errors?
No JavaScript errors. I have checked this in Firefox 2 and IE6.
Hi, I'm having the same problem. Using IE 6 or Firefox 2.0.05. MSM v 3.14.1.
I have 7 fields. The up button on the 5th field and the down button on the 4th field do not work. They jump to the top of the page and the following page errors are reported:
"Line: 536
Char: 6
Error: Object required"
There is a bug report related to this problem, it is fixed in 3.12.6 and 3.14.2, link:bug #2461.
