Hi,
has anyone else found that a news asset listing doesn't display properly in firefox?
This is what is happening:
I told it to display the linked headline and the summary on the asset listing page.
For the top item on the asset listing page, it is throwing part of the summary above the headline.
So it looks a bit like this:
NEWS PAGE
First part of the opening sentence of news item 1
LINKED HEADLINE OF NEWS ITEM 1
Second part of the opening sentence of news item 1
LINKED HEADLINE OF NEWS ITEM 2
The opening sentence of news item 2
LINKED HEADLINE OF NEWS ITEM 3
The opening sentence of news item 3
And on a normal.
Is this a bug to report? I'm on version 3.20.4
Cheers
H
This really sounds like a CSS issue to me, not a Matrix issue. Could you show us a demo page, or at least the code that the listing generates?
Like Nic said, it really does sound like a CSS issue by the sounds of it the summary is being linked in a paragraph which is floating left.
If you can show us a demo I can check it out more for you
I would suggest starting with validating your HTML. There are 73 errors.
Hey Hannah, would you mind private messaging me the link for your website, I'll go through it using Firebug and fix the CSS up for you and then just msg you the changes.

Hi again,
This page had a div above the div that held the asset listing. I removed it, and the news displayed properly. So that's kind of good. I'll try and find another way to use the content that was in the div I removed.
