I am trying to set up a paint layout for news item assets.
What I'd like to do (instead of the default set up where the contact is at the bottom) is print the %asset_attribute_contact_name% keyword under the headline, the created date (i.e. %asset_created_readabletime%) and then the body of the news item.
However, the %asset_attribute_contact_name% and %asset_created_readabletime% don't print anything via the paint layout. I can only manage to get the body on the page. The same two keywords work just fine in asset listings…
As a workaround, I tried setting up a metadata field and having it default to the value of %asset_attribute_contact_name%, then print the metadata field on the paint layout instead. However, I get an error message on the metadata screen saying "Undefined index: asset_attribute_contact_name", so it clearly can't find it's value.
Why can't I get the keywords to work?
(We are on version 3.12.6)
The keywords should work. I'd log a support request for this so we can investigate.
