Hi Folks,
Got a weird one whereby on ONE design customisation I want a submenu to appear but not on all the others. Thought I could set the default design to print="no" then override that on the customisation. HOWEVER the submenu seems to be printed regardless of the settings in the parse file or the settings applied in a customisation. Thoughts? / Suggestions?
You can't hide submenus with a print="no" statement – the menu design area isn't designed to do that.

Yeah I suspected when it didn’t work that it just wasn’t going to happen. Any other workarounds etc that would achieve the same effect?
Cheers

You could have the default CSS for the submenu have display:none; and in the customisation that requires a submenu have the CSS actually set to display. That's about the simplest method, I think.
Alternatively, you could ensure that all children off the Top level are TYPE_2 linked except for this location, in which case the submenu will be empty anyway.
