Online Quiz PHP Notice

I was wondering if someone could help me with an online quiz - I hope I've set it up OK as there is no documentation.

It is displaying OK but upon clicking submit I get the following PHP notice:

PHP Notice

Undefined index: text_format

Any ideas how I can get rid of this?

Also can you log/email the quiz submissions at all?

You can both log and email them.

Thanks - any more info on how? I can't find the Email Options or Submission Log screens for any of the online quiz assets

What version are you running? Most new Online Quiz features arrived in 3.16. In fact, it was basically rewritten in 3.16 because the 3.14 version was very limited.
