Hello there I was wondering if anyone could give me some information on the layout and paint features in the latest version?
I am assuming the layout options allow you to change how the admin forms and things look?? but not totally sure…
Would really like to know what these two features can do… so if anyone could provide me with some information that would be great.
I was also hoping if possibly if there is a data dictionary of the database structure? or if there is a deveopers manual for creating custom report assests etc?
any information would be great.
Layouts are used to control how the Simple Edit Interface appears to users. The Administration Interface is not affected by layouts. Paint Layouts are used to modify the output of assets by allowing you to insert keywords or use logical operators. You can read more about Layouts and Paint Layouts in the Manuals.
