i tried making the password reset asset and choosed the default settings of it.
it asked my email address which is the email address of the account that i was using in the system…
unfortunately there were no mail sent to my email since yesterday.
someone has an idea why? thanks

Did you check your mail.log file to see if that gives you any hit?

You need to make sure you are using a RFC822 compliant email address.
is the mail.log located on the found on the server?
actually the reset-password page works fine before when suddenly we got a message about the problem after months.
now im tracing its possible causes.
Yeah, it is on your server. Should be in /var/log
