Right now, upgrading to 3.20 is not really an option for us, and it probably won't be for a long time. But, I would really like to patch the Default Presentation Type feature, that currently we don't have in 3.18.8. Without this feature, I am constantly having to change the presentation type to raw HTML. (So glad that I bought this feature at MMIUC2008!)
I assume the global preference file has some changes, I know where to find that. But where else were there changes to add this feature? Was it a lot of files? I am find doing patches myself, I just need to know which files were changed.
