I've been doing some work with Acrobat PDF forms and was wondering if anyone had successfully implemented any in Matrix. If anyone has, could you let me know how you went about this?
Are you talking about auto-completing a PDF based on form responses from an HTML form submission?
Nope. I'm talking about a pdf document embedded with form elements that a visitor can fillout and submit with the form contents arriving via email.
Do you have any examples of this working somewhere? I've never encountered an online PDF-based form.

We are using this interactive PDF forms to allow user fill in information before printing or submitting. But it's nothing to do with Matrix.
