Permission denied property Window.dialogWins

Hi,
I upgraded to 3.8.6 from 3.8.3 on our test environment on my way to 3.10.1.

Before jumping into the 3.10 world and its new features, I ran some acceptance testing on 3.8.6



When trying to add a link or an image in the Wysiwyg, the Ok and Cancel button fail.

The error given by the javascript console is:

    Permission denied to get property Window.dialogWins


Is it me? :P
Has it been seen by others? Browser, OS?
