Howdy guys,
I have a particular client who when creating any new asset gets a red error appear from the top right hand screen that reads (Not quoted) that popup blocking must be disabled.
Have you ever encountered this before? The client is running Internet Explorer 6 with latest java installation.
I'm unsure of what to do. Any help would be most appreciated.
Matrix produces this warning if you have popup blocking software installed (like the new IE one or the google toolbar). Matrix needs to display HIPO jobs in popup windows and WYSIWYG popup windoes during editing - so popup blocking must be disabled for the URL.
