Post Keywords to remote page

HI
Is it possible to pass the content of a keyword to a remote page through the Post Data?

Ive tried to place a keyword in the value field, but just get the keyword.

The page is already locked from direct access using HTTP_USER_AGENT, but it would be really nice to parse the current logged in users email.

Hope that makes sence, and that its possible.

Thanks.

Keywords do work for remote content – I'm passing %globals_user_email% on one of mine. I'm not sure if this requires v3.14 or not, though. A developer will have to confirm this.

Are you talking about the remote content asset? Or just that you want a form which posts to a remote page?

Im talking about the Post Data that can be passed to Remote content from Matrix(Third from the top in the popup list).

The other reply mentions "%globals_user_email%" but when I use that it sends a blank value.

Is there a list in matrix of keywords that can be used in the Post Data of Remote content.

Does the currently logged in user have an email address configured? For example, it wouldn't work with the Public User (i.e. anonymous surfing). All the global keywords should be available -- check the Keywords manual for more info.

Yes I have an email address configured. No I dont want public users to have access(which Ive set in permissions)

Ive managed to get a list of usable keywords from another developer here. Ill paste the list below.

%globals_user_attribute_email%

%globals_user_attribute_username%

%globals_user_attribute_first_name%

%globals_user_attribute_last_name%

All of them can be placed in the value of Post Data

Thanks for the help.

You know, you'd think by now I'd know the right keywords. Glad you got sorted out.
