Problem with menus and customisations

Hi,


It appears I am either becoming the source of constant harassment, or one of only a few using the deisign forum, but I have another question!



I have a recurring problem where menus that are supposed to display multiple levels in one DO NOT display correctly when the design applied is a customisation.



It will only ever shows the current level.





Consider:


  • The menu displays perfectly when you switch the page to an 'uncustomised' or 'base-level' design.
  • I don't have any customisations affecting the menu.

This one has been plauging me for a while. I have a sneaking suspicion it has something to do with URLs. If anyone can suggest a problem, thanks! :(

Its a known bug that we're working on, but the workaround is to manually re-parse the parent design. This should re-enabled all the sub-menus in the customisations. Essentially any time you modify a customisation or add a new attached file to a customisation, you should reparse the parent design.
