Problems adding Admin user

I was just trying to add a new admin user, the first for my system, and I got the following HIPO error:

     WARNING:  Assets of Type "system_user_group" cannot be "TYPE_1" linked to a "system_user_group"
    Reported 5th Jul 2006 8:13am
    WARNING: Unable to move asset with ID #11 to parent with asset ID #11 [HIPO0020]
    Reported 5th Jul 2006 8:13am


Any help?

Can you please list the exact steps you took to get this message. We'll try and replicate it here. I haven't seen that one before :slight_smile:

I think this happened when I was trying to add a user directly to the Administrator section. Rather than creating a user first, and adding it to the Administrator group. When I did it the correct way, made the user then added their Admin permissions, it worked.

Did you add a "System Administrator" or a "User"? Adding a system admin should work. Adding a user shouldn't, but should give you a different error.
