Why does the insert link window appear behind the main window?
and secondly…
Why does the link path not show in insert link window? I even break the link, re add the link path and still it does not show!

Are you using Firefox? By default, Firefox does not permit script to bring a pop-up window to the foreground.

If you have an existing link, just put your cursor anywhere in the link and then open the dialog box. The WYSIWYG editor should automatically expand to the entire link for you.
