I'm finalising the packaging of it now, which will need a bit of testing to see how RC1 systems cope with the upgrade, so the earliest to hope for is next week sometime.

I cant confirm that it will be released next week. It may wait for a few more weeks than that. By next week we'll be able to give a release date.
