We have a number (READ: about 200) process flowcharts constructed in Visio in a main folder in Matrix. Hyperlinking from Matrix to the actual flowchart is fine but when inside a flowchart internal hyperlinks to other sub-processes seem to bring over the asset id of the flowchart you're in tacked onto the link obviously resulting in an error message cos it can't be found.
We were told (and previous testing proved successful) that relative linking was fine as long all the documentation were in the same folder, which they are.
Short of going into each of the processes and making obsolute links for their Matrix URL, is there a fix for this?
If you're using Matrix v3.6 or higher, turn "Allow Unrestricted Access" off for each of your flowchart files. This will force them to use the Matrix friendly URLs instead, which means they will all appear to be in the same location on your website.
