Release locks

Hi guys,


Sorry to create a new thread for this old topic. Something strange is happening to us.

We've set "Lock Length 600" but even the user closed browser, that lock is still being held after 10 mins. (End the user's session..

  • When the user closes the browser)



    Then I set up a trigger exactly as in "TriggersManual_3.16.0a.pdf", it doesnt work either.



    Any suggestion what I missed?

    If you click "View Lock Details", does Matrix show how much time is left for the lock?

    Yes. it started another 10 mins

    The locks will keep resetting as long as the browser is open and the header bar is reloading. Once the browser closes, there is nothing else that will renew the locks.
