I am trying to remove a workflow schema throughout a site, and it is only being removed from the root (site) asset, but not from the children. Cascade is on of course. Is this a bug?
We are using 3.18.9
Just to add that I've noticed the same issue with 3.18.5 and 3.20.0 but haven't had the time to sit down and replicate it.
I have reproduced this problem in 3.18.8 and have submitted a bug for it.
The bug appears to have been closed with the reply "The setting to propagate the 'cascade' selection was not set, causing the Workflow Schema to be removed only from the target asset and its dependents."
I can confirm that it does happen with the cascade option ticked.

This bug has been resolved in yesterday's releases of 3.18.10 and 3.20.1.
The "was not set" in the report conclusion has to do with the code not setting a variable to pass the selection to the "Set Workflow" HIPO, rather than representative of the state of the "cascade" checkbox.
What that comment means is that in the code the cascade option wasn't selected even though you did select it on the screen hence the Workflow Schema was only removed "from the target asset and its dependents" (i.e. the Site only and not its children).
The bug has been fixed.
