Hi all,
am trying out 3.18.4 and am trying to get the following situation to work:
Most of our publications are delivered as PDF files but we have a html "splash page" (Standard page) that sits above them as a parent to introduce the publication, show a thumbnail of the cover and link to the PDF.
I would like all PDFs that are created below one of these special spash pages to have all their metadata schemas removed.
How would I do this?
My first idea was to create an asset builder to create the splash page and set the link value to "Publication" and then use a trigger that has a condition that says if any PDFs are created with a parent with a link value of "Publication" then remove all metadata schemas.
But that trigger doesnt seem to fire - the "Optional items for Advanced users" in the "Child/Parent" condition doesnt seem to fire properly.
Is there something I'm missing with this trigger condition? The documentation is a bit hazy on these conditions…
Or, more importantly, is there a better way to do this?
