Here is a copy of the PHP CLI RPM for RHEL4/CentOS4 (Update 3).

This is the latest x86_64 binary.

I want to be able to make the same rpm from rpms.

Can you give me some help about the way to make this rpm ? (php.spec ...)

Here is the php.spec file used to create the RPM. It builds all of our additional modules, including Oracle support. You may need to modify the spec file if you do not require Oracle support.
