Safe to delete folders like "import_assetsXXXXXXXX"?

Hi All,

 

 

I notice that folders with names like "import_assetsXXXXXXXXXX"  or "export_assets" are created on the server

under "<system_root>/data/private/",

in connection with using the import/export functions.

 

Is it safe to delete those folders and their contents after the desired import or export actions have been completed?

It should be safe to delete those folders.  They are used by the export/import asset from XML tool.

It will be created everytime when you run the import/export HIPO.

 

In latest Matrix, the import folders and export folders will be automatically cleaned after each import/export.

Those ones you saw are probably leftover from old Matrix.
