SafeEdit won't save

Hi all,


Just wanting to know if there is anything that might be resulting in not being able to save details when in Editing mode via the front end.



Symptoms include:


  1. Not being able to save changes despite clicking Commit/Submit (i have witnessed this on their terminal)



    and


  2. Lack of top right hand corner log out icon.



    User has had access perfect since Feb of this year and has only just started to happen. Since this is a pages that is controlled by them, i'd like to have this fixed asap otherwise its just more work on my plate.

Have you tried the usual stuff of getting them to clear their browser cache and such?

Is there any javascript in the WYSIWYG content of the page?
