Hi there,
Whenever I am working in Matrix 3.6.4 for more than half-an-hour, the screen starts to flash and the asset map and all my Windows buttons and controls disappear. I've attached a screen capture to show you what I mean.

My only option is to close the browser and open a new browser window and re-launch Matrix. However, it will inevitably happen again after half-an-hour. It doesn't seem to matter what other applications I have open (even when I only have Matrix open it happens).
I've asked around, and none of my colleagues have experienced this. Do you have any idea why this might happen? It's becoming a bit of a productivity issue when I am working all day in Matrix.

Definitely sounds like your PC is less than well.
I've never seen that before.
One thing that might help track down the problem, can you open up Windows' task manager (right click on the taskbar, select "Task Manager"), go to the process list, and sort by memory usage? Leave it open while you use matrix, to see whether the memory usage of the IE process (iexplore.exe) increases, and what level it's at when it it freezes. I have a feeling that there might be some sort of java memory usage issue… what version of Java are you running?
I get similar strange issues with Matrix running. Whenever the asset map loads up I find that my fonts seem to lose clarity. This is fixed by rejigging the resolution or the alike. I also get very odd screen display behaviour but I find that it is fixed by logging out - I don't usually have to close down the browser.
