Is it possible to create a form with a "security image" such as the one used to forcibly aquire a lock? I would like to use it for our feedback form, so that we do not get spam.

Currently, this is not possible – but a great feature request.
CAPTCHA is the term used to describe this type of authentication.
Another nice feature would be to have a progress bar, so that the user knows how far they are through the form. This would be especially helpful for survey's. Also, allowing the user to review the form that they have submitted, then edit changes if needed on a second page.
These are both not possible, correct?
I suspect a progress bar would only be useful once we have multi-page forms. But you're correct that a user cannot review the form.
We are currently building an Quiz/Survey asset, but I'm not sure what functionality it has/will have when its done.
It's a Quiz asset. It doesn't do surveys, but it is multi-page. However I suspect it's not what you are after as the whole thing is focused on using multiple choice questions to test people online and give them a mark.
It will be available in 3.14 if anyone is interested in this functionality.
Greg, any word when a multi-page custom form asset will be available?
It is not currently scheduled for development.
