We're trying to send an asset as body content for an email, as mentioned in http://manuals.matrix.squizsuite.net/triggers/chapters/trigger-actions#Send-Email but this doesn't seem to be working. The email is being sent, but coming through with no contents. I've tried various different asset types, both using a design and leaving that field blank, using a paint layout and leaving that blank. All the options result in the same empty email being sent. It doesn't seem to make any difference whether the asset to send is set in the "Asset to send" field, the "Asset to send" block (with the override button or with the parameter map), nor whether the parameter map value is drawn from the triggering asset, or set to a specific value.
Any ideas why this isn't working?
Have you made sure to add your keywords to the Body field so that Matrix knows what to send?
Yes, have tried with %asset_assetid%, %asset_contents% and %asset_name% - all coming back blank. The requirement for this isn't mentioned in the manuals, but I thought it was worth a try anyway - the implication is that the asset contents will be sent instead of the body entered.

Sorry I meant what trigger Event?
Oh, Asset Created. Also tried Asset Built, and Asset Updated.
Oddly, it's working for a different Asset Updated trigger built a while ago, but I haven't been able to get it working for any new triggers.
