Implementing Signifyd (Fraud Protection).

Create Case (REST Resource) Id (852)

Returns:
{ "investigationId": 921577101 }

Using json decode:
%globals_asset_contents_raw:852^json_decode^index:investigationId%

Returns:
921577101

Get Case Id (REST Resource) Id (853) (nested variable %nested_get_caseId%)

Does not work
%globals_asset_contents_raw:853^with_get:caseId={globals_asset_contents_raw:852^json_decode^index:investigationId}%

Returns:
{"messages":["There is no case with that id, or you do not have permission to access it."]}

Questions:
How to call “Create Case” first then call “Get Case Id” (in a sequence)?
Maybe it needs to have a delay after “Create Case” loads then it should grab investigationId.

Might be easier to do via 2 Call REST trigger actions? That way you can store the result of the first rest call in a session variable and use it in the second using %globals_session_caseid% ?

I tried Call REST Resource, but I get “504 Gateway Time-out”. I do not know why.

Sounds like the API you are calling is refusing the request for some reason?

REST Resource is a success. But not Call REST Resource.

Setup (Triggers) Call REST Resource:

Events -> REST Response Received

Conditions -> I do not know?

Actions -> Call REST Resource (POST)
