Simple Edit Interface

Any ideas as to why the Top Status Bar, (including the Logout Button), is not visible in the Simple Edit interface. I can edit the page ok, but the status bar dosen't appear, thus I can't logout once I've finished an edit.

The bar should appear as long as you don't have ignore_frames=1 in the URL. That hides the bar. If you're just using /_edit on the end of the URL the bar should appear.
