Some workflow email notifications not sending to email inbox

Matrix Version 5.4.5.1:

I’ve set up various alternate workflow streams on an existing workflow schema. The streams include steps for different sys admins and email notifications are enabled.

We are all getting the notifications in our system inboxes. However, only one of us is getting the emails sent to their email inbox. The rest aren’t receiving the notifications.

I have checked the Messaging service config and it seems to have the correct Log to email white list entries.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Hard to say without looking more directly at the Workflow Schema config. Could also be a bug in that version… I suggest you send a support ticket in to Squiz to get someone to have a closer look.
