Hey,
Just wondering if anyone has planned to attend this year's conference at Hobart.:huh:
Or planned not to.

I work at Squiz and I want to go :P!!
There is a few good Technical Consultants going and I know they are giving some good presentations.
If your thinking about it and your undecided its worth it
Just to make it official, no, once again I'm not coming. Bleak. Northern Hemisphere please.
I'll be there again this year, presenting Mini again this year
And if you want a chat, there is a new section where you can book in some time with me (or a number of other Squiz/Funnelback people) or even help out with some usability testing for Mini.
Sorry guys, I won't be attending this year. I had a blast last year at MMIUC2008. Can't wait to see what the Squiz Bucks buy this year!
I had planned on going but budget cuts got me… I could pay for the ticket but couldn't actually get myself there or put a roof over my head!
So disappointed, not least because I love Hobart…

Went last year, met a lot of great folks, planned to go this year, but like many people the $$ are a bit too tight at the moment…
Much the same as other folk limited budget, far less than last year. So no I am not going. Was hoping to get work to spring for Edge of the Web the local web conference instead.
The last two years have been fun, maybe next year.
I hate the recession!
I am going
… had to pay my own way there cause of budget cuts too though… but figured I could claim it back on tax. Last year was great fun! I hope this year is even better!
Greg, you should convince the guys to let me come and present Mini with you
If you hold it in London, I'm pretty sure I could organize 'close to free' accommodation. I'm just saying…
If you hold it in the US it could really boost business for the New York office. I'm just saying…
If you hold it in Scotland, i'll show my face. I'm just saying …
Eric and myself will be there, looking forward to it being in Tasmania as well
- have never been to Tasmania so have have friends coming with me and extended my accommodation so I am there for 5 days…And I think Eric has also extended his accommodation and is taking his family with him.
Cadbury Factory for us girls and Beer Brewery for the boys. :)- and have been told that the markets near the accom on the sunday are also a must.
Any other suggestions for siteseeing are most welcome…
Can't wait…
