Is there anyone who have any good suggestions when developing custom asset classes in Matrix?
I'm novice to developing custom assets in Matrix, but not novice to Matrix or PHP programming.
I've had a look at the matrix.wiki but there wasn't too many guidelineson how to start creating custom assets.

Did you spot the thread where Avi suggested looking at the existing packages? It’s mot much, but it’s possible to generate documentation from the source of Matrix and it’s a start as far as finding out which bits need to go where.
You may also need to make a small burnt offering or libation to the HIPO, asking for its guidance in your time of need.
The new and improved Matrix website (due out Real Soon Now) has a lot of information regarding creating new custom assets and packages. Stay tuned.
I have yet to find this "information regarding creating new custom assets and packages", is it somewhere on the site that I am missing? I am very interested in creating some custom assets, and it would be great to have to starting tips or a quick guide to creating our own assets. Is this something that Squiz is still working on?
We have written some documentation to get you part way there. A developer is currently reviewing the documentation. We will release it in the next few weeks.
