Switch off tidy HTML

Hi, i have noticed that every now and then few extra lines of code are added by matrix. From what i have read is Tidy HTML doing its job.
Is there a way of switching it off?

HTML Tidy can be disabled by going to System Configuration > External Tools Configuration. You need to tell Matrix where tidy is there. If nothing is entered there, HTML Tidy is not running.
