Trigger manager inquiry

Hi all


When I am trying to create folders inside the trigger manager I get the following error messages " Request to Matrix failed. error while getting response. Cannot create link, Asset of Type "folder" cannot be "TYPE_2" linked to the trigger manager



Even though I simply right click on the trigger manager and go to NEW child and click on folder, this is very strange behaviour.



How can i overcome this issue, what do i have to do in the backend of the server for the trigger manager to accept folders?

Folders are automatically created when you set the "Category" on the details screen of a trigger.

Dave's right, there is no way to create a folder under the trigger manager as you normally would. When you create a new trigger, enter the exact same 'Category' name for triggers that you want to be grouped and they will be automatically placed under a trigger folder by that name.
