Hello.
I'm trying to set up a trigger to alert me (into my personal inbox, not Matrix inbox) that an asset's future status has triggered to changed from Live to Up For Review.
I've attempted this but I am not able to see an option to define what the asset's status changes to as I'd like it only on assets that go from Live to Up For Review.
Is there a way to do this with Triggers, or are emails only allowed to be sent to my Matrix inbox?

Have you looked into the Send Email trigger action? This is what you are looking for.
In addition to that you can set up the event to be status change and conditions based on asset status.
