A user keeps getting the error message ‘Unable to process a HIPO job you do not own’ when she is attempting to access the page:

Whilst she is a backend user she does have admin permission to asset 14002.
I am a system administrator and I can follow the link fine.
Any idea what could be causing this error for this user?
